The National Gallery of Art, for the first time ever, is joining over 120 other European cities on the tradition of “Night of Museums.” The first Lange Nacht der Museen (Long Night of Museums) took place in Berlin in 1997, where a group of institutions and galleries open their doors to the public until late into the night. Since then, it has been a successful event with a growing number of participating museums worldwide, a cultural tradition that is now coming to Tirana on November 29, 2013.

From that afternoon on, NGA will pull an all-nighter, granting an all exhibit access pass to the public and offer other happenings. It is a great way to introduce to newcomers and tourists the Albanian traditional, video and alternative arts, music, and celebration. “Nuit Blanche” becomes a “Night of Museums” for the NGA.

Galeria Kombëtare e Arteve i bashkohet për herë të parë 120 qyteteve europiane të cilët kanë tashmë traditën e “Nata e Muzeve” e praktikuar që nga viti 1997. Kjo histori lindi në Berlin. Të gjithë muzeumet e qytetit do të qëndronin hapur për t’u vizituar nga artdashësit deri në mesnatë. Kjo natë u quajt LANGE NACH DER MUSEEN. Dhe pati aq sukses sa u kthye në traditë. Kësaj tradite do i bashkohemi edhe ne për herë të parë me 29 Nëntor. 

Gjatë kësaj nate vizitorët në Galerinë e Arteve do kenë mundësi të shikojnë falas ekspozitat dhe shfaqje të tjera të bashkëlidhura për këtë natë të veçantë. Në këtë mënyrë, piktura, skulpura, video arti, arti alternativ, muzika dhe festa shqiptare do të jenë të prekshme si për ata persona që vijnë për herë të parë në të tilla ngjarje, por dhe për turistët të cilët do të njihen më nga afër më kulturën tonë kombëtare. Në këtë mënyrë për Galerinë e Arteve “Nata e Bardhë” kthehet në “Natën e Muzeve”.

Gjatë Natës së Bardhë hapen dyert e Galerisë Kombëtare të Arteve dhe të gjitha sallat do të jenë në dispozicionin e vizitorëve. Në to mund të shikoni:

Ballet Preljocaj is coming to the National Theatre of Opera and Ballet in Tirana, 

October 19-20, 2012 @20:00h

"Ce que j'appelle oubli"

Angelin Preljocaj is a well-known french-albanian choreographer and dancer that returns to the Albanian stage with the work of Laurent Mauvignier "What I Call Oblivion".

His works enliven the spatial emptiness of the common stage. The performative acts of the bodies (dancers) transform this space, from a peripheral surrounding where a piece of life (the ballet) happens, into the protagonist, one that builds its character from the attitudes and forms of the bodies that populate it, and fully projects it to the audience. 

Performative acts that metamorphose a banal space - the common stage breathes in the life, essence and forms of the ballet, and lets it out as art. 

"This work, inspired by a common event that occurred at a supermarket in Lyon, tells the tragic story of a marginalized teen, beaten to death by four guards after he had drunk one beer can without paying it. Political reflection on social violence - the text shares the same feeling with the victim's body. "This is a single sentence, says the choreographer, a long sentence without an end that deeply unites the game of the troop with literary structure. I thought ballet could take on this subject by putting the story in perspective and using a choreographic writing that would be specific to it." With "What I Call Limbo", performed by six dancers and an actor, Angelin Preljocaj presents a new genre between theater and ballet, a mastery of art and the brutality of life."

Ky fiksion i frymëzuar nga një ngjarje e zakonshme që ka ndodhur në një supermarket në Lion tregon historinë tragjike të një të riu të margjinalizuar të rrahur për vdekje nga katër roje pasi ai kishte pirë aty një kanaçe birre pa e paguar atë. Reflektim politik mbi dhunën sociale, teksti ndan të njëjtën ndjenjë me trupin e viktimës. "Kjo është një fjali e vetme, thotë koreografi, një fjali e gjatë e pambarimtë, e cila bashkon thellësisht lojën e trupave dhe strukturën letrare. Mendova se baleti mund ta merrte këtë subjekt, duke vendosur tregimin në perspektivë, dhe duke përdorur një shkrim koreografik, i cili do të ishte specifik për të". Me "Ajo që unë e quaj harresë", e interpretuar nga gjashtë balerinë dhe një aktor, Angelin Preljocaj krijon një shfaqje të një gjinie të re, midis teatrit dhe baletit, mjeshtri e artit dhe e brutalitetit të jetës." [Ambasada Franceze ne Shqiperi]

"Working within a poetic and impressionist vein, And then, one thousand years of peace relies on an assiduous but not irrational reading of the Apocalypse. One should thus refrain from looking for images or clichés that illustrate, directly or referentially, Saint John's famous text.A fertile source of interpretation, the very word Apocalypse (from the Greek apo: "to lift" and calypsis: "veil") evokes the idea of revealing, unveiling, or highlighting elements that could be present in our world but are hidden from our eyes. It should thus evoke what is nestled in the innermost recesses of our existence, rather than prophesizing about compulsive waves of catastrophe, irreparable destruction, or the imminent end of the world. When dance, the art of the indescribable par excellence, assumes the role of the developer (in the photographic sense), is it not most able to realize this delicate function of exposing our fears, anxieties, and hopes? Dance relentlessly highlights the entropy of molecules programmed in the memory of our flesh that heralds the Apocalypse of bodies. It stigmatises our rituals and reveals the incongruity of our positions, be they of a social, religious or pagan nature. And then, one thousand years of peace wishes to graze these bodies that drift along blindly, tossed about by ideals and beliefs, somewhat lost between the lines of the Apocalypse (Angelin Preljocaj)."

Angelin Preljoçaj eshte nje artist francez me origjine shqiptare, si dhe koreograf i baletit kontemporan.
Puna e tij koreografike është e bazuar në shkrimet e historisë së baletit klasik, por është vendosmërisht bashkëkohore; dhe konsiderohet si një nga koreografët më të rëndësishëm te kërcimit sot. Ai u bashkua me repertorin e Ballet de l'Opéra national de Paris në fillim të viteve 1990 dhe ka drejtuar kompaninë që nga viti 1985. Preljocaj, i njohur më pas si Baleti Preljocaj, ka qenë rezident në Black Hall të Aix-en-Provence që nga viti 1996.  Për të ditur më shumë për artistin, vizionin, punën dhe grupin e tij, vizitoni websitin e tij BALLET PRELJOCAJ.
